SO, WHAT IS SELF STUDY?
A large part of the problems we face as a species on this planet is as a result of our self-centredness, and yet ask someone 'what is the self' and the likelihood is, they would struggle to answer. Who is this self? We have been with this 'self' since we were born, and yet we know the bare minimum about it.
BODY // MIND // FLOW Self Study Courses are sequenced for you to be able to do the work of connecting the dots to design the life you want...and actually start living it.
Self Study courses can be used in conjunction with Group Sessions, Private Programs, or on their own. Regardless of where you are in your self development and enquiry, they will facilitate clarity. They are intentionally simple, short and digestible for people with busy lives.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Put simply - recorded sessions at no more than 5 minutes per sitting, or longer if you want to hit them in one swing.
Each sitting will offer you practises, tools and processes for you to inwardly reflect, and make more conscious choices about how you are showing up in your life.
